The Swedish construction group Skanska AB said on Friday (2 July) that its subsidiary Skanska Projektutveckling Sverige AB (Skanska Project Development Sweden) was selling the S:t Jorgen 21 property in Malmo for SEK354m to the open-ended funds grundbesitz-global managed by DB Real Estate Investment GmbH (Deutsche Bank Group).
S:t Jorgen 21, better known as Baltzar City, is an office property with shops located in the centre of Malmo.
The gain on the sale of SEK54m would be reported in the third quarter of 2004, according to the company.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
