The Swedish electronics and engineering manufacturing company AB Westergyllen said on Thursday (1 July) that it had agreed to sell its subsidiary Ferrocon AB to the entrepreneur Peter Persson.
Ferrocon manufactures steel constructions for construction companies and industry. It has 26 employees and reported a net turnover of SEK22m in 2003.
The sales price was not disclosed but according to Westergyllen the deal would not have a significant effect on its result.
