The Danish industrial cleaning equipment maker Incentive A/S said on Wednesday (17 March) that it had applied for bankruptcy.
Incentive said that attempts to arrange a financial reconstruction had failed.
The operations of Incentive's main business area ALTO International A/S will not be affected by the bankruptcy, Incentive stressed.
