The Swedish media group Modern Times Group MTG AB said on Thursday (25 March) that its satellite unit Viasat Broadcasting had acquired the exclusive Nordic broadcasting rights to the English FA Cup and the English national football team's home matches over the next four years.
Viasat Broadcasting also acquired the rights to the Swedish national football team's away matches for the qualification to the World Cup 2006.
