The Swedish high-tech company Anoto Group AB said on Monday (1 November) that it had won a patent dispute in the US.
In 2003 Anoto filed a complaint against a US patent holder who alleged that Anoto's technology was infringing one of its patents. A US federal district court has now declared that Anoto's technology is not infringing on the US patent and that the US patent is invalid.
