Finnish media group Alma Media Corporation said on Monday (1 November) that it had concluded a Liquidity Providing (LP) contract with the Finnish stock exchange service provider eQ Pankki Oy, a subsidiary of eQ Online Corporation, covering the company's Series II shares.
Under the terms of the contract eQ undertakes to quote bid and offer prices for Alma Media's Series II shares covering a maximum bid-ask spread of 3%.
The quoted prices would cover a minimum of 2,000 shares per quote, corresponding to 40 share lots.
eQ Pankki would further undertake to quote the bid and offer prices for Alma Media's Series II shares during at least 85% of continuous trading on each trading day of the HEX Helsinki Exchanges.
The contract would remain in force indefinitely after an initial six-month period.
