Finnish-Swedish IT company TietoEnator Corporation said on Wednesday (20 October) that it was negotiating with the owners of the Swedish pathology information systems supplier InformationsLogik AB for the sale of InformationsLogik Sweden AB and its subsidiary InformationsLogik Netherlands B.V. to TietoEnator.
The target is to finish the negotiations by the end of October 2004, TietoEnator said.
No financial information was provided.
