Danish plantation investment company United International Enterprises (UIE) Ltd said on Thursday (21 October) that it had decided to proceed with its proposed sale of its 45.9% interest in the Danish vegetable oils supplier Aarhus United A/S.
The company said that the decision to proceed followed an investigation started in August 2004.
The divestment was expected to be completed in January 2005.
No financial information was provided.
