The Swedish privately-held media group Bonnier AB is reportedly interested in acquiring the remaining shares of the Finnish media group Alma Media.
According to the Swedish business newspaper Dagens Industri Bonnier, which already holds a third of the share capital of Alma Media, plans to make an offer for the outstanding shares.
