The Norwegian oil company Northern Oil ASA issued its six-month report on Wednesday (1 September), posting an operating profit of USD0.16m, as compared to a loss of USD6.11m in the first six months of 2003.
Net oil sale royalties amounted to USD10.58m, as compared to USD1.50m in the first half of last year.
One US dollar (USD) is worth approximately 0.55 British pounds (GBP).
