Danish telecomms group TDC A/S said on Thursday (14 April) that the strike that started on Wednesday, covering some 15,000 of its Danish employees, was being heard in the Danish Labour Court (Arbejdsretten).
TDC expects the court to raise a fine for the strike that the company sees as illegal.
The union has also admitted that the strike is illegal, TDC added.
The strike concerns the company's decision to cut some 630 jobs in Denmark, the company said.
