The Swedish media group Modern Times Group MTG AB said on Tuesday (16 August) that it had increased its holding in CTC Media Inc from 39.8% to 43.1%.
Modern Times Group's holding increased when CTC Media repurchased for cancellation 3,320,800 shares and options from non-institutional shareholders.
CTC Media owns and operates television stations and networks in Russia.
