Telenor AB expands broadband network in Sweden

Swedish telecomms operator Telenor AB, part of the Norwegian telecomms group Telenor ASA, said on Tuesday (20 December) that it was building a broadband network for 12 telecommunications stations in 11 locations in Sweden.

With the expansion some 180,000 households would be able to use a broadband network through Telenor.

The services would be provided by Telenor's operator customers Bredbandsbolaget, Spray, Glocalnet and Tele2.
