Australian airport operator Macquarie Airports said on Monday (5 December) that the European Commission had cleared its acquisition of the Danish airports operator Kobenhavns Lufthavne A/S (Copenhagen Airports).
Macquarie Airports presented in October a recommended offer of DKK2,000 per share of Copenhagen Airports. The offer represents a premium of 31%.
One Danish krone (DKK) is worth approximately 0.09 British pounds (GBP).
