Intrum Justitia acquires debt collection agency in Slovakia

The Swedish credit management services group Intrum Justitia said on Wednesday (15 June) that it had acquired the Slovakian debt collection company Creditexpress Slovakia s.r.o.
Creditexpress has 30 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK6m.
"Although the acquisition of Creditexpress is comparatively small for the Intrum Justitia Group, it will bring a strong market position in Slovakia," Intrum Justitia said in a statement.
"The acquisition also adds a new country to the Intrum Justitia Group, which is now operating in 22 European countries," the company added.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
