The Swedish retail chain ICA will reportedly reduce its food prices by 5% by the end of 2005.
The price cut would affect some 2,000 products.
According to the company, the reason for the price cut is to gain market share in an increasingly competitive Nordic food market, reported the online news service of SR Radio Sweden.
