Swedish facility services provider ISS Facility Services AB, part of the Danish group ISS A/S, said on Wednesday (18 May) that it had acquired the Swedish services company Profilstadarna i Sverige AB.
The company has annual net sales of SEK122m and has some 400 employees.
The acquisition price was not disclosed.
