The Danish wind turbine wings manufacturer LM Glasfiber Holding A/S issued its first quarter report on Monday (23 May), posting an operating result of DKK64m, as compared to DKK24m in the first quarter of 2004.
The net turnover increased from DKK400m in the first quarter last year to DKK586m in the first quarter this year.
The improvement in sales and earnings was due to positive market development in Asia and North America.
One Danish krone (DKK) is worth approximately 0.09 British pounds (GBP).
