Ericsson teams with Tellas for Video Call service launch

Swedish telecomms solutions provider Ericsson said on Monday (23 May) that it had been selected by Greek wireline alternative operator Tellas for the launch of its Video Call service.
Ericsson has been named as Solution Supplier and System Integrator for the Video Call Service offering to fixed subscribers of Tellas. This is the first such service launch in Greece, Ericsson said.
Under the agreement Ericsson has integrated its solution into the existing TDM and IP network of Tellas.
Financial details of the agreement were not announced.
