Swedish company ISS Facility Services AB, part of the Danish service group ISS A/S, said on Monday (21 November) that it had agreed to acquire the landscaping company Miljobyggarna i Boras AB (Miljobyggarna).
Miljobyggarna provides professional landscaping services in western Sweden. It has some 35 employees and an annual turnover of approximately SEK40m.
The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
