Finnish mobile solutions provider Tecnomen Corporation reported on Wednesday (23 November) that it would deliver a PMR (Professional Mobile Radio) Messaging system to the Dubai government in the United Arab Emirates.
The delivery contains the Voice and Unified Messaging System and Short Data Service Centre (SDSC).
The system would be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2005.
