The Swedish technology trading group Addtech AB said on Tuesday (29 November) that its subsidiary Addtech Equipment AB had agreed to acquire the battery and power supply solutions developer Abatel AB.
The purchase price was not disclosed.
Abatel reported sales of SEK31m in 2004.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
