Nokia completes sales of PMR business to EADS

Finnish telecomms solutions provider Nokia said on Monday (5 September) that it had completed the sale of its Professional Mobile Radio (PMR) business to the global aerospace, defence and related services provider EADS.
In late July the European Commission approved the purchase within the framework of European Union law concerning monopolies and competition.
With immediate effect, all PMR activities within EADS have been grouped together to form the new founded line of business EADS Secure Networks, according to Nokia.
The sales price was not disclosed.
