Danish brewery Carlsberg A/S reported on Wednesday (9 August) an operating profit of DKK1.7bn on net revenue of DKK19.3bn for the financial period January-June 2006.
Both operating profit and net revenue for the six-month period increased, respectively from DKK1.3bn and DKK17.8bn, as compared to the corresponding period in 2005.
Operating profit for the quarter April-June 2006 amounted to DKK1.6bn on net revenue of DKK11.4bn.
One Danish krone (DKK) is worth approximately 0.09 British pounds (GBP).
