Teleca AB subsidiary sells its Life Science and Embedded Solutions Stockholm operations

Swedish IT consulting group Teleca AB said on Wednesday (13 December) that it subsidiary auSystems Sweden East AB has signed a contract to sell its Life Science and Embedded Solutions Stockholm operations to Prevas AB.
The net purchase price was valued at SEK32m.
The acquisition will take effect on 1 January 2007, when 99 employees will transfer to Prevas AB.
The company said that the transaction is an important part of auSystems' strategy of focusing its operations in Stockholm.
Teleca, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, provides consulting services within software and IT solutions. The company has some 3,500 employees in 17 countries in Europe, Asia and North America. Teleca is listed on the Nordic Exchange in Stockholm.
One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 13.49 Swedish kronor (SEK).
