The Swedish information logistics group Stralfors AB said on Tuesday (21 February) that it had agreed to take over Danish pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk's internal printing operations.
The agreement covers 35 employees, machinery and stock.
Stralfors has also signed a five-year agreement to provide Novo Nordisk with printing services for invoices, labels and packages.
The agreement is estimated to be worth at least DKK100m over the initial five-year period.
One Danish krone (DKK) is worth approximately 0.09 British pounds (GBP).
