Norwegian tanker shipping company Odfjell ASA reported on Friday (3 February) an operating profit of USD170m on gross revenue of USD1,045m for the financial period January-December 2005.
Both operating profit and gross revenue for the 12-month period increased, respectively from USD114m and USD943m, as compared to 2004.
Operating profit for the quarter October-December 2005 amounted to EUR42m on gross revenue of EUR267m.
Earnings per share (EPS) in 2005 increased to USD1.47 from USD1.09 in 2004.
One US dollar (USD) is worth approximately 0.57 British pounds (GBP).
