Patria Group increases stake in Nammo AS

Finnish aerospace and defence group Patria Group said on Tuesday (7 February) that it had finalised its agreement with the Swedish defence and aerospace group Saab AB to acquire Saab's 22.5% stake in Nammo AS.

After the acquisition Patria's stake in Nammo amounts to 50% of the shares.

Simultaneously the Government of Norway had acquired an additional 5% of Nammo's shares from Saab AB. Therefore the ownership is now shared equally between the Kingdom of Norway and Patria.

Nammo develops and manufactures ammunition systems and missile & space products, as well as demilitarisation technology.
