Finnish insurance company Pohjola Group Plc announced on Wednesday (11 January) that the Finnish commercial bank OKO Bank, part of OP Bank Group, owns some 90.06% of the shares and votes of Pohjola.
Since OKO Bank's holding in Pohjola exceeds nine-tenths (9/10) of Pohjola's shares and votes attached to the shares, OKO Bank is entitled to redeem shares held by other shareholders.
