Swedish industrial group AB Westergyllen said on Friday (20 January) that its subsidiary Gotenehus had agreed to acquire land with building rights for a total of 96 homes in Malmo and Landskrona in southern Sweden.
The land properties were acquired from the municipalities of Malmo and Landskrona.
The projects are expected to represent a combined turnover of SEK200m.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
