German IT group PC-Ware Information Technologies AG announced on Thursday (5 January) that it had agreed to acquire the Danish software reselling and management company Ravenholm Computing Group.
Ravenholm Computing has 140 employees and annual revenues of approximately EUR70m. The group has subsidiaries in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Switzerland.
The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
One euro (EUR) is worth approximately 0.68 British pounds (GBP).
