The Danish headsets, hearing instruments and audiologic diagnostics equipment manufacturer GN Sore Nord A/S said on Friday (30 June) that it has divested its 25.2% holding in United Kingdom based company Ultravox Holdings Ltd to Italian distribution group Amplifon SpA.
The shares were sold for DKK150m, resulting in a gain of DKK60m.
GN Store Nord has also signed a long-term supply agreement with Amplifon.
One Danish krone (DKK) is worth approximately 0.09 British pounds (GBP).
