The Swedish consulting group AB Angpanneforeningen (AF Group) said on Wednesday (21 June) that it has acquired IT consulting company Combra AB.
The purchase consideration amounts to SEK30m, half of which will be paid in new shares of AF Group.
Combra, with operations in Stockholm, Uppsala and Lund, specialises in embedded systems within telecommunications and medical and other high-tech industries. The company has some 60 employees.
