The Swedish laser pattern generators developer and manufacturer Micronic Laser Systems AB said on Wednesday (21 June) that it has received an order for an Omega6080 laser pattern generator from a customer in the Asian semiconductor industry.
The system will replace the customer's current photomask generator.
No further details were revealed.
