The shareholders of the Danish consumer chemicals retail chain Matas have reportedly accepted United Kingdom based investor CVC Capital Partners' DKK5.2bn bid for the chain.
The deal, which was put to a vote on Tuesday (27 June), was approved by two thirds of Matas' shareholders, reported the online edition of the Danish business newspaper Borsen.
One Danish krone (DKK) is worth approximately 0.09 British pounds (GBP).
