Swedish telecomms operator Tele2 AB said on Friday (30 June) that it has acquired a 75.1% stake in the Swedish broadband provider E.ON Bredband Sverige AB from E.ON.
Tele2 is paying SEK409m for the shares, in addition to assuming debt of SEK90m.
E.ON Bredband operates in southern Sweden.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
