Swedish telecomms solutions provider Ericsson announced on Monday (5 June) a recommended cash offer to the shareholders and holders of warrants in the Swedish presence and availability management solutions and services provider Netwise AB.
Ericsson would offer a cash amount of SEK60 for each series A and series B share. The company would also offer a cash amount of SEK9.30 for each warrant with respect to the series B shares.
The total value of the offer amounts to SEK300m.
Shareholders in Netwise, together holding some 70% of the share capital and 76% of the voting rights in the company, have committed to accept the offer and transfer all these shares to Ericsson in accordance with the offer.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
