The Swiss-Swedish power and automation technology group ABB said on Thursday (16 March) that it has secured an order for PEX cables from Siemens Wind Power in Denmark.
The order covers more than 33 kilometres of power and fiber optic cable for Vattenfall's Lillgrund offshore wind park in the Oresund Strait between Sweden and Denmark.
The order is worth USD16m.
One US dollar (USD) is worth approximately 0.57 British pounds (GBP).
