The Norwegian high-tech group Kongsberg Gruppen ASA announced on Wednesday (10 May) that its unit Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace has completed its acquisition of Canadian company Gallium Software Inc.
The acquisition price was approximately NOK140m.
The deal was initially announced in December 2005.
One Norwegian krone (NOK) is worth approximately 0.09 British pounds (GBP).
