Pohjola Group Plc to apply for termination of trading on HEX

Finnish insurance company Pohjola Group Plc said on Thursday (11 May) that it would apply for termination of trading in the Pohjola share and stock options and the delisting of the Pohjola share and stock options from the Helsinki Stock Exchange (HEX).

OKO Osuuspankkien Keskuspankki Oyj (OKO Bank) currently owns 90.08% of Pohjola.

OKO Bank has commenced arbitration proceedings for the redemption of the remaining shares in Pohjola.

The Pohjola share and stock options would be removed from the Helsinki Stock Exchange after OKO Bank has obtained ownership of all outstanding shares of Pohjola.
