The Norwegian embedded IT solutions supplier Data Respons ASA announced on Friday (5 May) its placement towards institutional and private investors of 2,750,000 shares at a price of NOK13.70.
The private placement represents 8.1% of shares outstanding before the placement.
Total proceeds from the share issue amount to some NOK37.7m.
One Norwegian krone (NOK) is worth approximately 0.09 British pounds (GBP).
