The Finnish radio and TV broadcasting network services provider Digita Oy announced on Monday (9 October) that it has signed a framework contract with Siemens Oy regarding the building of a country-widen wireless broadband network in Finland.
The network, scheduled to launch on 1 April 2007, will be based on 450 MHz Flash-OFDM technology from Qualcomm.
Digita is part of the French TDF group.
