The Swedish investment company Investment AB Latour said on Tuesday (26 September) that it has sold its entire holding in textile company Almedahls Alingsas AB to Danish company Borch Textile Group A/S.
Almedahls Alingsas markets textiles to hotels and restaurants. The company has 25 employees and an annual turnover of SEK60m.
No financial details were disclosed, but Latour said that the deal would only have a marginal effect on its result.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
