The Finnish office supplies, computer accessories and promotional products supplier Beltton-Group Plc said on Friday (29 September) that its subsidiary KB-tuote Oy has acquired a majority stake in corporate promotional products company IM Inter-Medson Oy.
The purchase price was not disclosed.
Inter-Medson, based in Helsinki, has four employees and an annual turnover of EUR0.90m.
One euro (EUR) is worth approximately 0.67 British pounds (GBP).
