Swedish consulting group AB Angpanneforeningen (AF Group) said on Friday (27 April) that its Infrastructure division has agreed to increase its holding in Danish company Hansen & Henneberg from the current 49% to 80%.

AF Group acquired its initial 49% stake in 2001.

The financial details were not disclosed.

Hansen & Henneberg, based in Copenhagen, provides technical consulting services within electrical engineering, lighting systems, traffic control and information technology. Recent assignments include the design of the power supply and instrumentation for the Great Belt Bridge between the Danish islands of Zealand and Funen, the Oresund Fixed Link between Sweden and Denmark, Copenhagen Airport and the Royal Library in Copenhagen. Hansen & Henneberg has 60 employees.

AF Group, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden is a technical consulting services group offering services and solutions for industrial processes, infrastructure projects and the development of products and IT systems. The group has some 3,500 employees and operations in 15 countries. AF Group is listed on the Nordic Exchange in Stockholm.
