Norwegian real-time search solutions provider Fast Search & Transfer ASA (FAST) said on Tuesday (28 August) that it has signed a software licence and services agreement with Eniro Norway, part of the Sweden-based pan-Nordic search media group Eniro AB.
The agreement covers licences and maintenance services relating to the information management solutions FAST AdMomentum and FAST Radar.
The exact value of the agreement was not disclosed, but FAST said that it will receive licence and maintenance fees, as well as royalties.
Fast Search & Transfer, headquartered in Oslo, Norway, is a global provider of real-time data search solutions with offices on six continents. The company has some 60 engineers and annual revenues of USD162m. Fast Search & Transfer is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange and traded under the ticker FAST.
One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 2.00 US dollars (USD).
