Swedish property developer JM AB said on Friday (14 December) that it has agreed to acquire a large waterfront property in Stockholm's Lidingo area in Sweden from the property company Diligentia AB.
The SEK888m deal includes 45,000 square metres of existing commercial space, but the main part of the acquisition consists of land on which JM plans to develop some 560 new residential units.
JM, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, is one of the Nordic region's leading residential property developers. The company has 2,400 employees in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Belgium, and has an annual turnover of approximately SEK12bn. JM is listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange in Stockholm.
One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 13.06 Swedish kronor (SEK).
