Swedish property company Kungsleden AB said on Monday (17 December) that it has agreed to acquire two commercial properties in Osby in southern Sweden from Brio AB.
The purchase price for the properties, totalling 36,000 square metres, is SEK98m.
Brio will continue to use the properties on 10-year agreements.
Kungsleden, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, manages a portfolio of some 600 properties of a total value of SEK25.9bn. The company is listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange in Stockholm.
One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 13.18 Swedish kronor (SEK).
