Swedish shop interiors provider ITAB Shop Concept AB said on Monday (17 December) that it has agreed to acquire the Finnish company Pan-Oston Oy for an undisclosed sum.
Pan-Oston, based in Villalahde, Finland, manufactures cash desks and store entry systems. In addition to sales in Finland, the company also exports its product to Denmark and Sweden. Pan-Oston has annual sales of approximately SEK50m.
ITAB Shop Concept said that the acquired business will continue as an independent company within the group.
ITAB Shop Concept, headquartered in Jonkoping, Sweden, supplies complete store interiors. The company has 1,300 employees and an annual turnover of SEK2.3bn. ITAB Shop Concept is listed on the Nordic alternative market First North.
One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 13.18 Swedish kronor (SEK).
