Dutch-Swedish full service digital agency network LBI International AB (LBi) said on Wednesday (19 December) that it has acquired the German online marketing agency Iven & Hillman.
The acquisition includes Iven & Hillmann GmbH & Co KG and Iven & Hillmann Verwaltungs GmbH.
Iven & Hillman, based in Berlin, is one of Germany's leading online marketing agencies, specialising in search engine marketing and affiliate marketing. The company has 22 employees and is expected to achieve revenues of over EUR11m in 2007.
The purchase price is based on an earn-out arrangement.
LBi, headquartered in Stockholm in Sweden and in Amsterdam in the Netherlands, is an international digital agency network providing marketing and technology solutions. The group has 1,450 employees worldwide. LBi is listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange in Stockholm, and on Euronext in Amsterdam.
One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 1.40 euros (EUR).
